Richard Lloyd-Jones

Director

After starting off in the fashion world owning his own clothes shop in Prestatyn (Signature), in 2007 he decided on a total career change and did his CeMap mortgage exams.

He’s an LFC fan and a golf lover, the lowest handicap in the office he might add – so you will see him on the golf course most weekends.

Knows very little about house renovation and DIY….. although has got flat pack furniture assembly down to 8 hours!!

He has 2 lovely children, and his wife has the patience of a saint putting up with him.

Director

Richard has worked in Financial Services for the last 18 years with Halifax, Lloyds and Bank of Scotland. He specialises in Loans, Mortgages and Credit Cards.
When he isn’t in the office you will find him on the golf course or out running or cycling as he’s very keen on fitness. He’s also family orientated with 3 children – Alex, Charlotte and Thomas and wife Sarah who is very bossy and tells him what to do!

Gareth Jones

Gareth Jones

FFP Founder

One of the original founding partners of FFP, Gareth has now decided to take a back seat, but is still very much involved in FFP.
Lover of Coffee and Indian food.
At weekends often found chasing a white ball across a field. Also, partial to the odd pint of quality lager.
Guardian of the office dog, Snoop. So he’s dragged around the shores of north wales or trudging about the hills on a daily basis.
As well as nearly being the best golfer in the office, he’s also an aspiring fantasy footballer – currently lying a lowly second to bottom in the league.
Also interested in design architecture and fast cars.

Keith Haughton

Mortgage & Protection Adviser

The elder statesmen of FFP, Keith has probably written more mortgage deals than everyone in the business put together. When he is not sat as his desk helping first time buyers and home movers you can find him at the dojo practising he life long passion of Karate. He is a black belt 2nd dan! Nobody at FFP messes with Keith!

Bethan Ward

Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Beth is a qualified mortgage and protection advisor and joined the team in 2021. She loves to travel, explore new places and has previously lived in Australia. She spends her weekends walking her gorgeous spaniel Ozzy, trying new coffee shops and spending time with friends and family.

Lee Evans

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Lee is our resident Welsh speaker in the company and looks after mortgage clients throughout the UK, and in particular those on the island of Anglesey. He is mad keen on football having spent many years as a kid’s football coach. Another LFC fan and, some say, the best FPL player in the office.

Katherine Pratt

Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Katherine brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, specialising in mortgages and protection. She is adept at managing complex cases and is committed to assisting clients in achieving financial savings and making well-informed decisions.
Outside of her professional role, Katherine has a keen interest in property and is an avid user of Rightmove. She is also a devoted cat owner.

Jack Holmes

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Jack is a qualified mortgage and protection advisor and joined the team in 2023. On the weekends he enjoys playing football and spending time with his daughter.

Chloe Messenger-Jones

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Chloe joined the team in 2022 and has since become a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor. Chloe prides herself on offering clear, friendly, and expert advice to every client.

Outside of work, Chloe can usually be found on the sidelines of a football pitch, cheering on her two children—rain or shine! She’s the CEO of a small (and very loud) household, a part-time chef and a full-time peace negotiator in high stake sibling disputes.

Armed with a strong coffee and an even stronger sense of humor, Chloe balances work, life, and parenthood like a seasoned pro.

Fiona Roberts

Accounts Administrator

Fiona comes from an AAT accounting background, when she isn’t here, she is very busy at home with her young twins and 2 fur babies.

Jessica Gibbons

Commercial Mortgage Manager

Jess has recently returned to FFP Solutions after some time away. 

In her spare time she travels around with her husband and Fur baby on her camping adventures.

Steve Robinson

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Steve has worked in financial services for the last 23 years and specialises in mortgages and protection.

Steve joined the team in 2024 and on the weekends you’ll often find him coaching a local football team and spending time with his family.

Jennifer Jones

Administration Assistant 

Jen has recently become a part of the team at FFP Solutions, where she focuses on office administration and social media management.

When she’s not at work, you can often find her on the netball court, at the racetrack cheering on her husband, or enjoying time outdoors with her two daughters and her beloved pets, Hollie and Skye.
