Halifax have stated “We want all customers to be able to have the full use of Mortgage Products or Services they hold with us and understanding customers additional support requirements means we can be flexible to their needs.”

They have introduced a simple process for companies to follow to give the best advice to customers that require additional support no matter if they are a new or current customer.
