This referral from an accountant introducer was for a highly successful property developer in the North of England. One stage of the huge development was nearly completed, but the development funder was dragging its feet in relation to agreeing terms for the second stage
Cashflow was now getting tight, however the client had two unencumbered properties in another limited company. We were able to release £350,000 by way of a 12-month bridging facility with all the interest rolled up and therefore no monthly repayments.
