Richard Pape recently assisted our clients with a bridging loan which was secured over two properties.
The properties were not in a mortgageable condition so therefore the clients secured a 6 month bridging loan to purchase the property and complete the renovations to a standard where the property would then be mortgageable.
Castle Trust were able to offer the clients the best rates and in 6 months’ time we will look to re-mortgage the properties to a long term mortgage lender.
